4. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Rioox is not responsible for non-delivery if the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
- Damaged During Transit: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged from the outside, please take a photo/video before opening it and contact us immediately at [Your Email/Phone].
