- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow our return process after the delivery is made.
2. 7-Day Return Policy
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).
- The refunded amount will typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Rioox will bear the full cost of return shipping.
- Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, innerwear, or items bought during a “Clearance Sale,” are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and customization reasons.
